The car was reintroduced to the Porsche world at the 2001 Porsche Parade in Milwaukee. It achieved 296 points in the concours. The car has been restored Speedster Blue, its original color, with a tan interior with blue piping, also original specs. The car raced from 1955 through 1965 at Road America and at other Midwestern race courses. After retiring from racing the car had never turned a wheel under power until the week before the Parade. |
