The engine was upgraded to the type 692/3 1.6 liter by a previous owner. The type 716 gearbox had close ratio gears. No major body damage at the time. After moving to Germany the car was reinstated to be Ruby Red. It was fully restored in 2003 with engine now running 587/3 Mahle pistons and 692/3 valves is now 1750cc.
